"We Partner With Parents To Help Children Gain Confidence, Independence & Reclaim Their Childhood... Even If Nothing Else Has Helped"

What Makes Bloom Different?

Bloom Concierge was born out of a desire to provide a high level of specialized pediatric physical therapy to patients. We have a deep desire to care for our patients and empower families by bringing specialty orthopedic and neurologic care, usually reserved for the hospital setting, to the home.

We meet patients and families in the hard season, where the vine is bare, and work to give them the tools for new buds to grow and blossom. Concierge care narrows a therapist’s focus by removing distractions often found in other models of care, allowing us to better assess and address a patient’s needs through focused, rich, and meaningful interactions.

It is our belief that with direct access to specialized physical therapy care we can provide timely and excellent care in fewer visits which reduces the financial and time burden on families.

Our care is tailored to the family’s and patient’s goals and delivered with compassion. We are always focused on what’s ahead, so that the children we see today can become functional, well supported adults in the future.

The Bloom difference is that we don’t see limitations, we see potential!

Frequently Asked Questions

This highly depends on the underlying problem areas and goals for therapy.  There are times where a patient needs one session to equip them with the tools to work on things at home and other times that a more complex diagnosis with more acute needs requires weekly sessions that can then be decreased as progress is made.

After an evaluation, the therapist will discuss what’s feasible and reasonable in order to meet the goals that are decided upon. We offer flexibility and want to prioritize you and your family’s needs. We utilize an episodic model of care which means that we are focused on specific goals to meet within one episode of care for a patient.

You do not need a referral for an evaluation and to get started with physical therapy sessions with us.

Consultation – Wondering if our pediatric physical therapy services are right for you? We would love to connect with you. This is a complimentary 20 minute phone call to meet the therapist, ask questions, and discuss goals for therapy.

Treatment Session – Treatment sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the patient and always include education and discussion with the patient and/or caregiver. Our model of care supports focused, intensive, episodic care that is goal oriented.  Sessions are focused on giving you the tools for success and providing our expertise to assist you in meeting your goals.

Intensives Program – Tired of seeing slow progress? We offer 2 weeks, 4 weeks or custom packages to work on specific goals through daily sessions. Call us or schedule a consultation to see if this is the best fit for you!

Developmental Wellness Visit – These appointments are designed for infants through toddlers with a focus on promoting gross motor development. Therapist spends one-on-one time with the child and caregiver. Sessions are focused on giving you tools for supporting your child’s development, ideas for purposeful play and to answer any and all questions you have about your child’s gross motor development.

If you have questions and would like to discuss what type of appointment is best suited for you and your child, give us a call today!

We see patients in our clinic, home, or location of choice. We make every effort to accommodate what works best for you and what will help you reach your goals. For example, we have met patients at their local gym to work on independence of an exercise program or the community pool for aquatic therapy.

Think of it as going to see an orthopedic surgeon rather than a PCP for your orthopedic needs.  Both can assess and treat the issues, but an orthopedic specialist has more tools to meet those specific needs. There is a deeper understanding of that area of care. Bloom has expertise in the diagnoses and impairments we see through experience and education.

Our therapists are board-certified specialists which means they are required to maintain and further their body of knowledge in their specialty. Learn more here.
